Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Rental Sales Agent to deliver exceptional service and maximize sales at our Montpellier location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the rental process and promoting upgrades and add-ons to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliant transactions and a positive customer experience.

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Ability to identify and act on upsell opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Handle reservations and rental agreements accurately.
• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service throughout the rental journey.
• Promote optional coverage, upgrades and add-ons to maximize revenue.
• Follow rental policies and procedures for smooth transactions.
• Identify additional services that improve the rental experience.
• Support branch operations with additional duties as needed.
