Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Wearables Marketing Expert based in France to lead the go-to-market strategy for a new AI-powered wellness product in the wearables space. You will own the marketing journey from positioning to launches, customer acquisition, partnerships, and growth optimization.

You will transform wearable health data into compelling value propositions and campaigns, collaborating with executives, product teams, and marketing specialists to shape a new business direction and market

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consumer technology marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing.
• At least 1 year of experience with wearables, connected tech, or health-tech apps.
• Proven end-to-end launch experience for consumer hardware or wearables.
• Strong understanding of wearables metrics and health-related data (sleep, HRV, activity).
• Hands-on performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube; CAC, LTV, ROAS focus.
• Experience building partnerships with brands, manufacturers, or platforms.
• Data-driven decision making with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the wearables initiative, defining audiences, positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
• Translate wearable health metrics into clear customer benefits and marketing messages.
• Plan, launch, and optimise customer acquisition campaigns across paid social, influencer partnerships, podcasts, and communities.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing with manufacturers, brands, and digital platforms.
• Lead end-to-end marketing launches, including pre-orders, D2C channels, marketplaces, and bundles.
• Improve onboarding, device connection rates, and retention across the customer journey.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Define, monitor, and analyse CAC, device connection rates, subscription conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership, translating data into insights.
