Jobgether is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer focused on AI-native products in France. You will lead end-to-end design for innovative AI-powered experiences that transform employee learning and collaboration.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define design strategy, ensure trust and transparency in AI interactions, and shape scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The role emphasizes strategic ownership, rapid prototyping, and strong cross-functional leadership in a fast-evolving

Qualifications

• Staff-level design experience leading major AI-native product initiatives.
• AI-native product expertise in conversational interfaces or autonomous AI actions is highly valuable.
• Strong craft in interaction and visual design with portfolio showing measurable UX improvements.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear product direction and principles.
• Understanding of how AI capabilities, model limits, and architecture affect UX.
• Experience designing trustworthy workflows with transparency and user control.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from exploration to launch and optimization.
• Ability to prototype quickly and test concepts to validate complex experiences.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders across Product and Engineering.
• Experience using user research and feedback to address enterprise needs around quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own major AI-native product initiatives from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Define design vision and strategy across conversational AI experiences.
• Shape product decisions with product and engineering leaders to align with business goals and user needs.

• Create AI-driven workflows balancing automation with user control, transparency, and trust.
• Improve AI output quality with structured workflows, guidance, and feedback mechanisms.
• Prototype and validate emerging concepts using rapid prototyping and testing.
• Raise the design craft standard in interaction, visual design, usability, and systems thinking.
• Incorporate user research and customer feedback into enterprise-focused design decisions.
• Influence cross-functional teams through design reviews and rationale.
