Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Remote UI/UX Designer for a contract role. You will design and critique intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms, and evaluate AI-driven products to provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to test concepts for AI training interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and clearly documenting design decisions both in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• Have a proven track record as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio for web and/or mobile applications.
• Possess expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies.
• Able to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements.
• Familiar with accessible and inclusive design principles.

Type: Contract

Compensation: $22 - $70/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
