Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, translating business requirements and user needs into high-fidelity designs that enhance engagement and usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and interaction patterns across digital platforms.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing detailed UI specifications, assets, and interactive behaviors, while collaborating on responsive design solutions and accessibility standards.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback, iterating on designs based on data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates, task completion efficiency, and overall user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, incorporating innovative techniques like motion design, microinteractions, and AI-driven personalization.
• Advocate for a user-centered design approach, collaborating with product managers, marketers, and engineers to align business goals with user needs and enhance the overall digital experience.
• Optimize workflows and design processes, utilizing design thinking methodologies, agile principles, and rapid prototyping techniques to accelerate product development and iteration cycles.
• Contribute to accessibility and inclusivity efforts, ensuring digital experiences cater to diverse users, including those with disabilities, by incorporating ARIA roles, contrast optimization, and keyboard navigation.
