Crossing Hurdles is seeking a UX/UI Expert for an hourly remote contract. You will design user-centered experiences for web and mobile, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities include ensuring accessibility and brand alignment, iterating designs from user research and usability testing, and communicating concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
