Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript- II based in France for a fully remote role. You will own complex software initiatives end to end, building scalable backend systems and AI-powered applications using TypeScript and agentic workflows.

Expect strong ownership, mentorship, and a focus on pragmatic engineering practices. The position emphasizes hands-on development, modern AI tooling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready features while

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Strong hands-on TypeScript experience building production-grade apps.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications, AI agents and workflows.
• Familiarity with OpenAI/Claude or comparable LLM ecosystems.
• Experience with AI tooling like LangChain, vector databases, or observability tools.
• Knowledge of REST or gRPC APIs, databases, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in modern frontend (React) is a plus.
• Commitment to software craftsmanship, TDD, CI/CD, and Agile/XP practices.

Responsabilités

• Own complex software initiatives end to end, from design to production readiness.
