Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Golang/TypeScript/React) for a fully remote role based in France.

You will develop data‑intensive platforms across backend microservices and modern frontend apps, using Golang, TypeScript, and React to deliver scalable, reliable products. You will own features from ideation through production and ongoing improvement, influence technical strategy, and collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend services in Golang and deploying in Docker containers.
• Front-end experience with React/TypeScript focusing on performance and usability.
• Strong SQL skills for data-intensive apps and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of clean-code and idiomatic Go/TypeScript.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Golang microservices and front-end components using React/TypeScript.
• Build polished, performant UIs and ensure a strong customer experience.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation to deployment and improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy.
• Improve observability, performance, and reliability of services.
• Raise code quality through reviews, automation, and best practices.
