Qualifications

• Production-grade software design, development, testing, and operations experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Golang for backend services.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript; build reusable components.
• Strong SQL skills with MariaDB or similar relational databases.
• Docker experience and containerized deployment.
• CI/CD pipelines experience; GitLab CI a plus.
• Observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontend applications.
• Own features end-to-end from ideation and technical design through deployment and improvement.
• Build performant, accessible customer-facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, and design systems.
• Develop backend services in Go and deploy via Docker-based environments.
• Make architectural decisions balancing existing systems, new tech, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Improve performance, reliability, monitoring, and observability.
• Maintain high engineering standards with clean-code, reviews, and documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to automation, processes, and new technologies for engineering efficiency.
• Work with large-scale financial datasets and systems serving data to users.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve production reliability.
• Share knowledge and promote continuous learning.
• Support CI/CD, infrastructure, and observability initiatives.
