Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Technical Lead to guide one or more product squads within our R&D group. You will coach engineers, own technical direction, and stay hands-on with coding up to 80% of your time.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will drive performance and influence product visibility across the platform. You will collaborate with CPTO, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure reliable, scalable features while mentoring team growth and career paths.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as tech lead/mentor for a team of software engineers on a SaaS platform.
• Led technical initiatives in environments valuing performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Experience in full stack programming including Agile methodologies, SaaS architecture, and modern languages.
• Product‑oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

Responsibilities

• Be point of contact for all technical topics from the squad and redirect when needed.
• Coach developers in the squad and conduct performance reviews and career-path assessments.
• Participate in monthly meetings with CPTO and Engineering Director to review progress and challenges.
• Maintain coding activity up to 80% of your time.
• Collaborate with Engineering Director on squad engagement and strategic direction.
• Define product vision with the product manager and steer the technical direction for the platform.
