Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking an experienced Epic Project Manager to lead complex healthcare IT initiatives from planning through stabilization. You will drive Epic and Community Connect deployments, govern multi-workstream programs, and align clinicians, IT, and executives to ensure successful adoption.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and timely decisions across software, interfaces, testing, training, go-live, and support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading Epic or complex healthcare IT initiatives.
• Experience managing Epic implementations and multi-application programs.
• Strong understanding of Epic lifecycle from planning to stabilization.
• PMP or comparable certification is a plus.
• Epic certification or substantial experience with Epic teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic implementations, Community Connect deployments, upgrades and other complex projects from planning through stabilization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate workstreams across Epic apps, interfaces, testing, training, cutover, and readiness.
• Manage practice onboarding and deployment sequencing for Community Connect.
• Partner with client leadership, clinicians and vendors to ensure alignment and timely decisions.
• Facilitate governance meetings, risk management activities, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects while maintaining standards and timelines.
• Support cutover, go-live, stabilization, and transition to support.
• Coordinate assignments and client expectations with Epic analysts and leadership.
• Contribute to repeatable delivery tools, governance practices, and methodologies.
