Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead deployment planning, architecture, and management of professional services engagements for availability, data protection, and monitoring. The role requires deep expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), storage, data management, and cloud services, plus strong consulting and PM experience.

French and English fluency is essential; remote work in France with up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology required.
• Experience with Veeam Core products.
• Proven consulting and project management experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong virtualization, storage, and data management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and statements of work.
• Lead project planning and governance for engagements.
• Architect availability solutions including data protection and monitoring.
• Coordinate delivery, consulting, and post-installation support.
• Transfer knowledge and create documentation.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on Veeam solutions.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site work.
