Job summary

Papernest is seeking a Strategy & Operations intern to join the New Business department for a 6-month period starting January 2027. You will collaborate with Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyze performance, and support growth projects.

The role values analytical thinking, startup experience, and bilingual capabilities in French and English, with compensation between €1,000 and €1,300 per month and 1 remote work day per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or engineering required or preferred.
• Experience in project management and/or operations in a startup context.
• Fluent in French and English, able to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for a portion of the operations.
• You will contribute to delivering the best customer experience on the market.
• You will analyze performance and identify growth drivers.
• You will be at the heart of the strategy for a flagship papernest project.
• You will help develop and scale new business initiatives from the ground up.
