Job summary

papernest Paris is seeking a Strategy & Operations intern to join the New Business department. From January 2027 for six months, you will work across Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy, contributing to key strategic projects and growth initiatives.

You will develop strong technical skills and business acumen while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced scale-up environment. A hybrid work setup is offered with one remote day per week in Paris.

Qualifications

• This internship requires a degree in business or engineering and some project/operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are expected.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a portion of operations within the New Business department.
• Contribute to delivering the best customer experience on the market.
• Analyze performance data and identify growth drivers.
• Help drive strategy for a flagship papernest project.
