Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients with telecom inquiries and service activations.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for mobile, internet, and fiber connectivity.
• Resolve billing, account management, and service requests to maintain satisfaction.
• Stay updated on telecom hardware and software products for accurate consultations.
• Document interactions in the CRM system to maintain account history.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex faults in telecoms infrastructure.
• Meet individual and team KPIs such as response time and resolution rate.
