Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Advisor who speaks Spanish for a fully remote role with relocation to Greece. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and email, provide clear information and resolve issues with empathy, and log cases in our CRM while tracking outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, is willing to relocate to Greece, and may have prior customer service or hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Spanish language fluency with strong communication skills.
• Willing to relocate to Greece; relocation support provided.
• EU passport or Greek residency is required or eligible.

Responsabilités
