Job summary

ScorePlay is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge Sales and Engineering across Europe, translating customer goals into end-to-end ScorePlay workflows and answering technical questions that accelerate deals.

You will own RFP responses, build repeatable templates and diagrams, and partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to shape the right technical solution for our customers. Remote across Western Europe with travel.

Qualifications

• Around 2 to 5 years in a technical role with real customer exposure.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling use with mixed technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own ScorePlay's response to RFPs and tenders across EMEA, end to end.
• Join sales cycles once conversations become technical to uncover constraints and map workflows.
• Translate customer goals into end-to-end workflows: capture, ingest, management in ScorePlay, distribution.
• Produce architecture diagrams and workflow maps for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with Sales on deal scoping and cost inputs; determine what’s included, optional, or needs a partner quote.
• Build documentation, templates and technical collateral for Sales use without you in the room.
• Manage relationships with systems integrators and workflow vendors; coordinate handover with Deployment Engineer.
