Crossing Hurdles is seeking a versatile software engineer to contribute clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development insights across Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript. You will build small to medium features and improve existing code for readability and reliability.

You will document your reasoning and decisions to support AI training data quality and review peer contributions to ensure correctness and clarity. Collaboration across codebases is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one of the listed languages is required.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to debug and fix issues across codebases.

Responsabilités

• Contribute clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development insights across Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs across different codebases.
• Build small to medium features with good coding practices and maintain readability.
• Clean up and improve existing code to increase reliability.
• Document reasoning, approach and code decisions to support AI training data quality.
• Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for correctness and clarity.
