Crossing Hurdles is seeking a versatile software engineer to contribute clear code samples, debugging approaches, and development insights across Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript. You will build small to medium features and improve existing code for readability and reliability.

You will document your reasoning and decisions to support AI training data quality and review peer contributions to ensure correctness and clarity. Collaboration across codebases is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one of the listed languages is required.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
• Ability to debug and fix issues across codebases.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in at least one of the following: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of core algorithms, data structures, and everyday software engineering practices.
• Ability to debug real code, find the root cause of issues, and fix them cleanly.
• Comfortable working across different codebases and picking up unfamiliar code.
• Good documentation and communication skills to explain your technical decisions clearly.
