Crossing Hurdles is seeking talented developers to contribute production-quality code to open-source projects, working across C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, and Rust. You will design and optimize complex components, fix bugs, and collaborate with a diverse group of contributors worldwide.

Ideal candidates have clear open-source contributions and profiles (GitHub/GitLab), experience with large-scale distributed codebases, and familiarity with modern AI/ML systems.
