Job summary

Jobgether in France is seeking a Senior Project Delivery Specialist to oversee complex, high-impact projects advancing global mobile connectivity and eSIM services. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, mobile network operators, and service partners across markets, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and quality.

This fully remote role offers international exposure, governance, risk management, and opportunities to shape project delivery processes across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• At least three years in mobile telecommunications industry.
• Six years managing enterprise software deployment and integration projects.
• Solid understanding of eSIM technology and roaming concepts.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile project approaches.
• PM/PRINCE2/AgilePM certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of high-visibility projects across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor vendor performance and address delivery issues proactively.
• Apply project governance and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and provide regular progress reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption.
• Allocate resources and manage competing priorities across projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Legal, and Product for integrations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance when entering new markets.
