Job summary

Samsara Inc. seeks an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead and grow the Enterprise Core SE team across Mainland Europe (DACH & France). This role requires guiding a dispersed team, collaborating with sales and product partners, and communicating the value of Samsara’s platform to large customers.

You will drive win rates, manage escalations, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options are available across France and Germany.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering management experience.
• Experience with Software Product sales: Infrastructure, SaaS.
• Strong technical and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual and team performance with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on account planning and strategy.
• Manage escalations in a pre-sales environment.
• Participate in customer/prospect calls as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with Sales Engineering leaders to improve the organization.
