You will handle inquiries about orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, and subscriptions, ensuring a clear and professional customer experience while documenting interactions in line with internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficient French speaker with C2 level.
• Professional English speaker.
• Previous customer support experience.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilités
