Spiko is looking for an ambitious Fund Operations Analyst to build and run the operational backbone that handles hundreds of millions in client money across multiple funds and currencies. This hybrid role combines daily production work with designing systems, controls and automations to scale as Spiko grows across Europe.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work with Product, Engineering and Compliance to ensure efficient fund operations, accurate reconciliations, and robust controls

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in fintech operations or fund operations.
• Concrete track record of building or scaling operational processes.
• Comfort with data tools (SQL required; Python, Power BI a plus).
• Fluent in French; comfortable business fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Run daily middle office and payment operations.
• Execute and monitor fund subscriptions and redemptions.
• Manage banking flows: SWIFT, SEPA, multi-currency settlements.
• Match incoming wires with client orders; resolve mismatches.
• Manage liquidity and ensure timely settlement across all flows.
• Maintain reconciliation across funds, banks and entities.
• Own fund operations and valuation support.
• Contribute to NAV and share-value calculation with external partners.
• Automate and improve operational processes to scale.
