Revolut Ltd is seeking a Retail Credit Risk Manager to strengthen our consumer credit framework across Europe and beyond. You will lead risk assessments, monitor performance, and partner with product and risk modelling teams to optimise risk-adjusted returns.

With a quantitative background, you will shape credit policy, calibrate risk limits, and engage with stakeholders including regulators. This role offers remote work across multiple countries and a path to influence Revolut's retail

Qualifications

• Experience in consumer credit risk within financial services or banks.
• Knowledge of lending products (credit cards, personal loans, BNPL, mortgages).
• Quantitative background in STEM, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee exposure to retail credit risk and monitor portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with Risk Modelling to design and implement retail credit risk models.
• Calibrate limits and manage risk appetite across regions.
• Maintain policies, procedures and control framework for retail credit risk.
• Engage with first-line businesses to monitor emerging retail risk and product risk.
• Communicate risk exposures to stakeholders, committees, and regulators.
• Quantify risk, protect the company from excessive risk-taking, and optimize costs.
• Build trust with external stakeholders and ensure risks stay within appetite.
• Identify emerging risks requiring immediate attention or long-term viability concerns.
