Job summary

Excelya is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager in Paris to lead local clinical operations and coordinate cross‑functional teams across investigators, vendors, and global study teams.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data quality, site management, and timely delivery of trial milestones, with a focus on ICH-GCP and local regulations, and requires strong communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Operations within pharma or CRO.
• Experience as Clinical Project Manager, Study Manager, or equivalent.
• Interventional trials (Phase II–IV) experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of ICH‑GCP and local clinical research practices.
• Fluency in French and English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical trial activities from start‑up to close‑out.
• Ensure local execution of global study plans with timelines and quality.
• Serve as key contact for local sites and regional stakeholders.
• Ensure activities comply with local regulations, ICH‑GCP, and SOPs.
• Coordinate local regulatory submissions when required.
• Monitor regulatory timelines and manage corrective actions.
• Support site activation, monitoring, and close‑out with CRAs and vendors.
• Manage relationships with local vendors (logistics, labs, CROs).
• Track recruitment progress, site-level metrics, and KPIs.
• Work with global teams, medical, regulatory, and ops; provide updates.
• Oversee data accuracy, query resolution, and documentation compliance.
• Contribute to audit and inspection readiness.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; maintain timelines.
