Responsibilities

• Oversee studies with time, budget, quality from start-up to closure at country level.
• Serve as main country point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate country cross-functional teams and study targets.
• Develop country-level recruitment strategies and risk mitigation.
• Lead CAPA processes and audit readiness.
• Manage site payments and CRO relationships.
