Job summary

Syneos Health France SARL is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead sponsor-dedicated trials with a focus on oncology. The role is based at a client site in Paris with 50% home-based work, overseeing start-up through close-out at country level, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timelines, budget and quality are met.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, manage risks, and support regulatory submissions while maintaining study integrity and inspection readiness

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of GCP, ICH Guidelines and country regulatory environment.
• In depth knowledge of clinical research processes, regulations and methodologies.
• Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional teams, task forces, or local/global initiatives.
• Strong organization, time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven decision-making and risk analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate country cross-functional teams and act as main contact for country study team.
• Oversee country-level recruitment strategy and enrolment targets.
• Manage start-up to close-out timelines, budget and quality at country level.
• Ensure data in trial systems is current and accessible for country/site staff.
• Prepare country-specific regulatory documents and amendments.
• Support Site Initiation Visits and CAPA processes.
• Maintain inspection readiness and support health authority contacts.
