Job summary

Fortrea in Paris is seeking a Clinical Team Lead (Local Trial Manager) dedicated to a single sponsor in France. The role is full-time and focused on end-to-end study oversight and leadership of cross-functional teams.

You will monitor study progress, ensure quality across TMF and monitoring reports, manage risk, and coordinate with data management, medical, and safety teams to ensure timely data delivery.

Qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or related allied health certification.
• Experience in clinical research in pharmaceutical or CRO industries.
• Experience managing trials preferred.
• Strong understanding of local regulatory environment.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and protocols simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational oversight for the assigned study(ies), including CRO/vendor and site performance.
• Lead cross-functional study team meetings and act as key escalation point for site-level issues.
• Monitor overall study progress, timelines, and quality metrics; implement mitigation plans as needed.
• Drive proactive risk identification and resolution, aligning with RBQM principles.
• Ensure inspection-readiness through quality oversight of TMF, monitoring reports, and issue management.
• Partner with data management, medical, and safety teams to ensure clean, timely data delivery.
