Homa is seeking a Director of Product to own the roadmap for its live RPG titles, starting with turning a flagship game into a franchise and expanding as the portfolio grows. You will shape product strategy across live ops, monetization, and growth in close partnership with Publishing and external studios.

This leadership role blends hands-on data work with team leadership, setting benchmarks, and balancing ambition with feasibility.

Qualifications

• Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG, with end-to-end ownership of an economy, progression system or monetization roadmap.
• Humility, curiosity, ambition and drive to make an impact fast.
• Strong fluency in RPG mechanics, progression, monetization and live-ops concepts.

Responsabilités

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles: core loop, progression pacing, monetization, and meta systems.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, and loops to drive engagement and spend.
• Lead a small team of product, design and economy experts toward a shared goal.
• Oversee the monetization model balancing IAP and ad revenue growth.
• Drive growth in partnership with UA and data-informed campaigns.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Publishing and external studios.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the RPG genre.
• Stay hands-on with data and systems when needed.
