Jobgether partners with a company seeking a Payments Product Specialist based in France. You will manage daily payment operations across multiple brands, monitor transactions, troubleshoot issues, and support onboarding of new providers using PaymentIQ.

You will work with Customer Support, Commercial, Integration, and Backend teams to improve payment flows and reliability, document configurations, and ensure a seamless, multi-brand payment experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with PaymentIQ or a comparable payment platform.
• Experience with payment flows, transaction lifecycles, payment integrations, and transaction monitoring.
• Technical aptitude for configuring orchestration rules and troubleshooting processes.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and structured problem solving.
• Strong communication and ability to explain payment concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other transaction-heavy environments is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with multiple payment methods (cards, wallets, transfers, etc.).
• Knowledge of other payment orchestration platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily payment operations across multiple brands, monitoring transactions and investigating failed, delayed, incorrect, or problematic payments.
• Configure and maintain payment rules within the orchestration platform to optimize routing and performance.
• Assist with integration and setup required to onboard new payment providers.
• Monitor PaymentIQ performance and proactively identify issues affecting availability or experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Commercial, Integration, Backend and other teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Investigate transaction errors and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve payment flows, efficiency and reliability, and propose solutions.
• Maintain documentation covering configurations, rules, and troubleshooting procedures.
