Alan is hiring for an Operations Coordinator to help run insurance and health services at scale across our countries. You’ll manage core processes, monitor daily operations, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Care teams to deliver delightful experiences for members and partner companies.

Based in France, Belgium, or Spain with a focus on building scalable operations, you’ll join a team of 50+ Ops professionals and work across Claims, Fraud, Set up, and Therapy pools.

Qualifications

• A2–B1 level range is targeted for the opportunity.
• Candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome, with examples of roles including operations, support, account management or communications.

Responsabilités

• Run Insurance or Health services processes and operate within defined pools.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and follow up on performance; flag risks and opportunities.
• Support onboarding, invoicing and lifecycle events for providers and members.
• Be flexible to join different pools and scopes based on Alan’s needs.
