Alan is hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. You will manage insurance and health service processes, coordinate across multiple countries, and work closely with Engineering, Product, and Care to deliver efficient, high‑quality operations.

You will be part of a diverse team, ensuring accurate invoicing, onboarding, and customer experience while continuously improving our processes and adopting new scopes as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or support roles across scale-up environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and French or Dutch.
• Able to adapt to diverse, multi-country operations and processes.

Responsabilités

• Run Insurance or Health services processes for Alan’s ops scope.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Flag risks and opportunities and drive process improvements.
