Alan is building a fast-growing operations team across France, Spain, Belgium and Canada. We’re looking for entrepreneurs who will re-engineer the insurance and healthcare experience, manage end-to-end projects and scale our processes to support international growth.

Join 30+ Ops teammates from five countries and help deliver at scale with rigor, automation, and a bias for member delight.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship.
Fluent in English and Spanish/French/Dutch.
Strong analytical skills, including SQL fluency for data analysis.
Capable of building automations (Zapier, n8n…).
Experience launching and steering projects with high-level vision and day-to-day monitoring.
Ability to optimize processes while maintaining member delight.

Responsabilités

Scaling psychotherapy online sessions: define operating model, resourcing, quality at scale, international replication with 80,000 sessions delivered and 93% stress reduction.
Saving millions through fraud detection: build detection capability, balance precision and member experience at scale, manage external surface and partner negotiations.
Reinventing healthcare expense payment: negotiate with suppliers, cut budget line while improving member satisfaction.
