Qualifications

• 1–3 years in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or ecommerce marketing.
• Bias toward action and execution in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to participate in calls with leadership and translate feedback into actions.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for multitasking.
• Familiarity with creator outreach and influencer partnerships is a plus.
• Experience with ecommerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and ClickUp is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creator and influencer outreach and track activities.
• Manage day-to-day creator platform operations and briefs.
• Turn priorities into actionable marketing tasks with leadership.
• Support retention marketing by coordinating campaigns and deliverables.
• Coordinate marketing projects across the team and ensure timely delivery.
• Track progress, flag bottlenecks, and keep stakeholders updated.
