Zelh is a fast-growing logistics outsourcing partner. We seek a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to efficiently build loads in client TMS, schedule pickups/deliveries through appointment platforms, and continuously apply SOP improvements.

The role is metrics-driven with daily targets and a focus on automation opportunities to increase throughput while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities include building truckload loads, validating shipment details, communicating with stakeholders, and

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Experience scheduling and load building in transportation logistics.
• Minimum 20 words per minute typing speed.
• Detail-oriented with SOP improvement mindset.
• Strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build truckload loads and enter shipment data into systems.
• Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments.
• Validate shipment details before releasing loads.
• Add notes and documentation for load history.
• Communicate with shippers, receivers, and internal teams.
• Answer emails related to building and scheduling promptly.
• Collaborate with sales pods and operations to streamline tasks.
• Escalate blockers to Echo managers and team leads.
• Meet personal and team production targets.
