Job summary
Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Data & Analytics Product Leader to shape the OPEN feature team's strategy and empower data users across the group. You will guide Product Owners, manage international stakeholders, and drive the transformation of analytics products and data access.
The role emphasizes leadership, vision, and hands-on delivery in a rapidly evolving data platform, with remote/hybrid work options in France.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Leadership within a Data & Analytics environment.
- Ability to define a product vision, lead discovery activities, and prioritize backlog based on business value.
- Strong product and technical leadership, including managing consultants or product teams.
- Deep understanding of modern Data Stack, self-service analytics, governance and large-scale analytics.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for self-service analytics and data access.
- Lead and mentor Product Owners; align stakeholders across regions.
- Oversee delivery of analytics products and data ROI measures.
- Define AI and automation roadmaps for data users and builders.
- Promote data adoption through onboarding, training, and governance.
