Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital seeks a Tech Lead Data to pilot a team of Data Engineers, ensuring Run stability and guiding future architectural patterns. You will define robust data architectures and lead real-time data initiatives across marketing platforms and partner tools.

You bring 6–8 years in data engineering with leadership exposure, strong Python/SQL skills, and a drive to integrate ML into data pipelines. Fluent French/English and a collaborative mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Senior Data Engineer with 6–8 years of experience and strong technical legitimacy.
• Initial managerial exposure or coordination experience is required.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to guide senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and co-build modern architectural patterns at the Data Platform intersection.
• Lead and coach a team of Data Engineers and coordinate with Product Owner.
• Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and exposure in backend/Hub.
• Collaborate with business teams, CRM, and MoEngage for data-driven initiatives.
