Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is building the OPEN Feature Team within the Data Platform Tribe to transform Accor's analytics ecosystem and expand self-service data capabilities. You will lead product strategy for OPEN scope, guide Product Owners, and align business needs with technological capabilities.

The role focuses on democratizing data access, enabling data ROI measurement, and driving AI/automation initiatives across the organization while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or product leadership within a data analytics environment.
• Ability to define a product vision, lead discovery, and prioritize backlog by business value.
• Strong leadership of Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion the vision, roadmap, and priorities for self-service analytics, data access, and data democratization solutions.
• Identify user needs, drive product discovery activities, and align with business challenges and Data strategy.
• Mentor and support Product Owners in growth, ensuring clear ownership of high-priority initiatives.
• Map and engage international stakeholders to arbitrate priorities and drive adoption of self-service solutions.
• Manage relationships with technical counterparts from third-party vendors.
