Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital in Île-de-France seeks a Tech Lead Data & Analytics to co-lead the Data Engineering vertical, reporting to the Data Director. Your mission is to guide data product development and ensure performance and cost efficiency across Snowflake-based solutions.

You will work with Snowflake, dbt and Tableau to deliver analytics and AI products, set DevOps practices, and collaborate with product owners, data scientists and engineers to scale data platforms for Accor's global

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or specialized master's with 5+ years in data and leadership.
• Strong SQL/Python skills and experience building data products.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt and data modeling techniques.
• Fluent in English; capable of leading a diverse tech team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a Data Engineers team (internal/external).
• Enforce DevOps and best development practices.
• Make data and modeling decisions with other Data Leads.
• Integrate data sources via DataHub and industrialize analytics and AI products.
• Optimize performance and cost (FinOps) for data products.
