Job summary

IXO Inc. is seeking a contract-reviewer to evaluate technology-contract work through simulated negotiations and redlines. You will apply clear review standards and explain where a proposed response misses risk or misreads an agreement.

This remote, part-time role requires 1–3 years of transactional experience (MSAs and NDAs), strong written and spoken communication, and the ability to explain legal issues across disciplines. Compensation is USD hourly, with rates between $74 and $95 per hour.

• Clear written and spoken communication, analytical ability and close attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and explain legal issues constructively.

Preferred background

• Legal-technology, AI or training exposure.
• Corporate-law-firm experience or an internship involving M&A or fund formation.

Availability

• Remote, part-time work.

Pay and engagement

• $74 $95/hr
• All amounts are in USD. The rate, task scope and schedule are agreed before work begins.
