Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer based in France to support users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems. You will manage access, assets, and system records while performing hands-on troubleshooting and systems administration.

The role involves cybersecurity support, workflow improvements, and collaboration with internal users and external IT providers. It suits a proactive IT professional with ownership and a focus on practical impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support, systems support, or similar role.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Knowledge of networking basics and IT documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day user support across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot access, permissions, login, and connectivity issues; escalate when needed.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access-control processes.
• Coordinate with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licensing and system records.
• Document requests, changes, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and issues.
• Assist with system implementations, updates, and digital forms.
