Job summary

Jobgether in France seeks a Technical Implementation Lead to oversee complex integrations for enterprise customers on a global shipping and eCommerce platform. You will guide the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through go-live, migration, and handover, acting as the technical expert for API integrations, data mappings, and system interoperability.

Qualifications

Minimum five years in technical implementation or solutions architecture for enterprise SaaS.
Hands-on REST APIs, webhooks, integration patterns expertise.
Strong authentication knowledge: OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys.
Proficiency in JSON, data mapping, SQL; testing with Postman or Insomnia.
Structured troubleshooting using logs, status codes, and retries.
Familiarity with eCommerce, ERP, OMS, WMS integrations.
Ability to define scope, SoWs, manage multiple projects, and handle pricing changes.
Excellent written and spoken English; capable to convey complex topics to executives.
Nice to have: Python or JavaScript; experience with Shopify/Squarespace, Celigo or Zapier.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise integrations from discovery to go-live and migration.
Own solution architecture, API endpoints, webhooks, and data mapping.
Present recommendations and drive customer consensus on technical solutions.
Prepare and approve Statements of Work with deliverables and timelines.
Address technical questions during sales and implementation using debugging tools.
Run kick-off meetings with customer teams and align on scope.
Coordinate with Solutions Developers to ensure delivered solutions meet the SoW.
Track milestones, risks, and change requests across multiple projects.
Manage escalations and recovery plans for delays or issues.
Coordinate handovers to Customer Success and Support with documentation.
Govern custom integrations, costs, and a register of production builds.
Create reusable documentation from recurring questions; identify product improvements.
Flag product limitations and communicate business rationale for changes.
Leverage AI tools to support workflows while ensuring accuracy and clarity.
