Job summary

R8 Technologies is hiring a Project Engineer in France for our AI-powered SaaS that optimizes energy use in real estate portfolios. This fully remote role requires fluent English and French and hands-on experience in HVAC or energy efficiency engineering.

You will integrate BMS data with the R8 Digital Operator, analyze system performance, onboard clients, and provide technical support to customers and partners, while contributing to product feedback and sales support.

Qualifications

• Mid- to senior-level experience in HVAC, Energy Efficiency, or Building Automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Integrate BMS data into the R8 Digital Operator and deliver results to customers.
• Analyze HVAC systems and controls performance.
• Onboard new clients and retain existing ones.
• Support customers and partners technically via email, calls, and site visits.
• Provide product feedback and test new features across R8 solutions.
• Support sales with technical expertise.
