Job summary

R8 Technologies in France is seeking a Project Engineer to lead AI-powered software integration for real estate portfolios. This fully remote role requires strong HVAC and energy efficiency background and exceptional communication in English and French.

You will onboard clients, analyze HVAC performance, integrate BMS data with the R8 Digital Operator, and provide technical support to customers and partners while helping to advance energy-saving objectives.

Qualifications

• Mid- to Senior-level experience in HVAC, Energy Efficiency, or Building Automation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
• Fluent in English and French.

We are excited to announce a Project Engineer career opportunity at R8 Technologies. The position is open for applicants in France and is a fully remote role. We seek a driven specialist with exceptional communication skills (both in English and in French) and experience in HVAC or Energy Efficiency Engineering.

As a Project Engineer, you will be in charge of AI-powered software integration into real estate portfolios around the globe. The R8 Digital Operator Jenny is a sophisticated data-driven AI solution enabling real estate properties to rapidly decrease energy consumption and CO2 emissions. In addition, your contribution as the Project Engineer will have an immediate and long-term impact on climate change mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate BMS data into the R8 Digital Operator and deliver results to customers.
• Analyze HVAC systems and controls performance
