Job summary

Partnaire Group is seeking an HR Project Manager for our Béthune/Labeuvrière sites. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, recruitment, employee support, and administrative HR tasks, with day shifts and a hybrid work setup (3 days with clients, 2 days in the office).

We value hands-on field work, teamwork, and strong organizational skills. You will integrate temporary workers, monitor conditions and safety, and collaborate with site managers and HR to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or staffing agencies preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site at client locations and in office.
• Proactive, dynamic, and field-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing: develop partnerships with local stakeholders and publish job postings.
• Recruitment: conduct site visits, interviews, and follow up on applications.
• Employee support: integrating new temporary employees and addressing working conditions and safety.
• Administrative management of personnel: renewals, medicals, insurance, data entry checks, lateness and leave tracking.
• Customer follow-up: maintain relationships with site managers and HR, drive continuous improvement projects.
