Welcome to the Jungle seeks a Group Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee AP, AR, and Treasury for France and international entities. You will drive financial integrity, manage a team of 6, and partner with internal and external stakeholders while advancing automation and AI-enabled finance tools.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting, fluency in FR and EN, and strong GAAP/IFRS expertise. This is a fast-growing, cross-border role requiring leadership and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting/Finance or related field; professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with multi-entity or international exposure.
• Fluent in French and English; written and spoken; work conducted in both languages.
• Strong command of French GAAP (PCG) and IFRS; knowledge of UK/US GAAP a plus.
• Proven experience leading accounting and treasury operations in a fast-growing international company.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily accounting operations across subsidiaries and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.
• Oversee month/year-end closings, reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and audit prep.
• Supervise end-to-end AP, drive Purchase-to-Pay process improvements.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, IS, CVAE, CFE) across jurisdictions.
• Oversee AR activities: billing, collections, revenue recognition, intercompany invoicing.
• Manage treasury: cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, FX exposure, intercompany loans.
