Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Head of Procurement based in France to build and lead a global procurement function for a fast-growing connectivity business. You will own strategy, supplier relationships, and complex negotiations across markets while shaping governance and processes.

Use your 5+ years of leadership to align procurement with product and growth goals, drive cost optimization, and ensure service quality for 200+ destinations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing environments.
• Experience building procurement functions, policies and vendor management processes.
• Expertise in international contract negotiations for complex services.
• Strong financial analysis of supplier costs, pricing structures and savings potential.
• Strategic thinker who aligns procurement with business objectives.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in telecom, connectivity or SaaS environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of international vendor compliance and cross-border operations.
• Proactive, commercially minded with ownership of a growing function.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the global procurement strategy to support international expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom/connectivity partners for best pricing and terms.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes and governance.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend without compromising service quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across a 200+ destination network.
• Implement scalable vendor management workflows and accountability.
• Partner with finance, product, operations and senior stakeholders to align procurement with goals.
• Develop processes to handle increasing complexity and scale.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk and opportunities with sound analysis.
• Position procurement as a strategic function driving profitability and resilience.
