GEP Worldwide in Paris seeks a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead global sourcing initiatives and drive cost optimization across manufacturing sectors. You will coach junior buyers and analysts, partner with stakeholders to align with business needs, and guide RFx, SOW and contract negotiations for key client initiatives.

You will influence cross-functional strategies, deliver process improvements, and help build the next generation of procurement leaders within the delivery center.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic procurement initiatives across multiple countries.
• Proven track record in saving pipeline ownership and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Background in BPO, consulting, or shared-services environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and execute strategic initiatives to build category advisor expertise.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, trends and strategies.
• Lead and coach a medium/large team of buyers and analysts.
• Define and implement global sourcing and outsourcing strategies to optimize supplier base and services.
• Lead RFx development, SOW/contract drafting, and pricing negotiations for new client initiatives.
• Engage in cross-functional development and delivery center improvements.
• Develop future leaders through mentorship and coaching.
• Participate in firm-building activities including recruitment and client visits.
