Alan is building a global, prevention-focused health platform and is seeking a Care Legal & Security Specialist to own complex regulatory topics. You will work with Legal, DPO, Care Ops, and Product to reduce manual load, scale solutions across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada, and embed compliance into daily operations.

You will design training, improve processes, and ensure timely regulatory responses while mentoring front-line agents and collaborating with country counterparts.

Qualifications

• Experience with GDPR/privacy operations in a regulated sector.
• Handling legal complaints and regulatory requests in fintech/insurtech/health.
• Ability to translate regulatory constraints into executable processes.

Responsabilités

• Handle complex security incidents, GDPR cases, and legal complaints for Care agents.
• Design and improve workflows, escalation paths, macros, and help center content.
• Translate processes and training materials for other countries; coordinate with counterparts.
• Mentor Care Experts and act as escalation reference for difficult cases.
• Collaborate with Care Ops and Product to automate and scale processes across countries.
